The Western Kane County Special Service District No. 1 is holding a public hearing to discuss a fee increase for Cedar Mountain area parcel owners.  If the proposed action is taken, the fee for parcels with improvements (as assessed by the Kane County Assessors Office) would increase from $85 per year per parcel to $160 per year per parcel, and parcels without improvements (as assessed by the Kane County Assessors Office) would increase from $15 per year per parcel to $30 per year per parcel.

The public hearing will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 6 pm at the Cedar Mountain Fire Protection District Station at 3620 Mammoth Creek Road in Duck Creek Village, Utah.
