The WKCSSD is governed by a 7-person board that meets the 2nd Thursday of alternating months. The board is comprised of 3 members who have been appointed by the Kane County Commissioners and a member appointed by each of the 4 municipalities the District serves: Kanab, Glendale, Orderville, and Alton.
